The website is free to access. CTGB endeavours to keep it available, without any obligation of result, and may suspend access for maintenance or updates.

04Scope of CTGB's services

• Services are intended for professionals acting for the purposes of their business.
• CTGB works in consulting, studies, coordination and promotion. CTGB does not act as an architect, project design manager (maître d'œuvre) or technical inspector.

05Project assistant and the limits of AI

The project assistant automatically generates an initial orientation from your description. It is a tool to help you prepare your request:

• its recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not checked by CTGB when they are displayed;
• they do not bind CTGB and are neither a quote nor professional advice;
• the drafted request remains editable: review it before sending.

The actual scope of an engagement is always defined with you, in writing.

06From inquiry to agreement

Contacting us through the website creates no commitment. The process is as follows:

1. 01Your request

   You email us, directly or via the form or the assistant.

2. 02Scoping discussion

   Together we clarify the need, the constraints and anything that falls to a regulated professional.

3. 03Framework agreement and order

   Services are governed by a separate framework agreement and activated by a written order specifying the service, scope, deliverables, price and timeline. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for thirty calendar days.

07Use of forms

You undertake to provide accurate information and not to use the forms or the assistant for unlawful purposes or unsolicited approaches. See our privacy policy.

08Intellectual property

The content of the website is the property of CTGB. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

09External links

The website may link to third-party websites (for example the CNIL's). CTGB does not control their content and is not responsible for it.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bordeaux.
