Method

A clear framework, precise engagements, evidence at every stage

Our contractual structure avoids multiplying contracts while defining each engagement precisely. You know in advance what will be done, at what price, and how to check it.

Process

Six steps, from first contact to invoice

  1. 01

    Scoping discussion

We identify your project, your constraints, the decisions to be made and the people authorised to approve them. If part of the need falls to a regulated professional, we tell you at this stage.

  2. 02

    Framework agreement

A single contract sets the common rules: how orders are placed, evidence, fees, confidentiality and ownership of deliverables. It includes no minimum purchase, no exclusivity and no volume guarantee.

  3. 03

    Precise order

Each engagement is activated by a quote identifying the service name, the project, deliverables, the price or how it is calculated, and the timeline. Quotes are valid for thirty days.

  4. 04

    Tracked delivery

We keep appropriate records: actions completed, decisions pending, risks, budget used and next steps. Any change in scope, price or deadline is costed and approved before work goes ahead.

  5. 05

    Delivery and approval

Deliverables are dated, referenced and handed over in the agreed formats. You have time to make comments.

  6. 06

    Traceable invoicing

Each invoice shows the contract number, the category name, the service actually performed, the quantity and the price. Separate engagements appear on separate lines.

Commitments

The principles behind every engagement

Explicit assumptions

Our studies separate verified data, assumptions and the limits of investigation. Projections are dated.

Duty to warn

We flag inconsistencies and shortcomings that are detectable within our field, even outside the ordered scope.

No implied mandate

We never commit our clients without written authority specifying the acts, the maximum amount and the duration.

No unlawful instructions

We refuse unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or dangerous instructions and propose an alternative.

Confidentiality

Your information, documents and data are treated confidentially and returned at the end of the engagement.

Reversibility

Tools, access and data are documented and can be transferred to your teams or to another provider.
