03Contact and quote forms
How it works. When you submit the form, the website prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to contact@ctgb.ai. Nothing is sent until you click "Send" in your email app, and the website keeps no copy.
Data concerned. Whatever you choose to provide: name, company, contact details, project description, budget, timeline, location.
Purpose. To answer your request and, where applicable, prepare a quote.
Legal basis. Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
04Project assistant
How it works. The text you enter and the optional information (profile, location, timeline) are sent by our server to the Lovable AI service, which passes them to an OpenAI model to generate the recommendation shown. The request is configured so that the model provider does not store the generated response.
What CTGB keeps. Nothing: the description and recommendation are not recorded by the website. They only reach us if you then decide to send us the request by email.
Legal basis. Pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
05Technical data
As with any website, the host processes connection data (IP address, date, page requested) to deliver pages and protect the website (legitimate interest). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google LLC.
The only cookie used remembers your language. Details are in the cookie policy; you can at any time.
06Recipients
Your emails are read only by CTGB. The following are involved, within the limits of their technical role:
- Lovable (website hosting, AI service for the assistant) and Cloudflare, Inc. (infrastructure);
- OpenAI (model used by the assistant);
- Google LLC (fonts);
- CTGB's email provider, for emails received.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
07Transfers outside the European Union
Several of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.
08Retention periods
- Requests received by email (prospects): 3 years from the last contact.
- Clients: the duration of the contractual relationship plus statutory limitation periods; 10 years for accounting records.
- Project assistant: nothing kept by CTGB.
- Language cookie: 12 months.
09Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and to set instructions for the handling of your data after your death.
To exercise them, email contact@ctgb.ai stating your request. We will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.
10Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and the access key for the AI service stays on the server, never in your browser. CTGB limits access to the emails it receives to the people handling your request.
